Faye is a highly motivated and exceptionally skilled businesswoman. She excels at thinking outside the box to solve all your administrative needs and is a first rate trouble-shooter. Within the team, Faye is our training specialist and is dedicated to ensuring that all our PAs provide a top level service for our clients. A former racing car driver, she will soon have your business engine oiled and firing on all cylinders!
Melanie Harvey
Director
Melanie is our Director who not only has an amazing knack of managing to pack in as many social gatherings into her personal diary as is humanely possible, she also has a great deal of management experience having worked for Barclays for an impressive 21 years before embarking on her new venture into the ‘virtual world’ and turning her back on the bumper bonuses from her previous employer!
Melanie says she has never looked back and enjoys the freedom of making her own decisions, and especially enjoys the fact that she not longer has to get an authorisation form signed for a new pad and pen……but that’s only because she manages the finances!
Zara Day
Office Manager
Zara is our fantastic office manager and a first-rate PA – we couldn’t manage without her! She specialises in financial services and combines her superior management skills with an eye for detail and a meticulous approach. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and, with a computing degree under her belt, she is often referred to as the office oracle. What’s more, she can say ‘bless you’ in a variety of languages!
Claire Bourgein
Senior PA
Claire is an avid theatre-goer as well as a multi-talented PA who can streamline your office and home life and work calmly through the biggest piles of paperwork. Not only does she put us to shame with her incredible creative flair (her card-making skills are second to none), she is especially strong when it comes to IT. She knows a computer like the back of her hand and can sync your latest iPhone without batting an eyelid!

Carry is not only an amazing PA, she is also highly educated, having recently acquired A-levels in law and sociology in her spare time! Carry is extremely competent and experienced – whether you need a special event organised or your business expenses completed, she’s your girl. But cross her at your peril – she’s an orange belt in karate too!!

Gym enthusiast, Suzanne, is a great one for attention detail. Having worked as a highly skilled PA at Dublin City University for nine years, she has the experience to turn her hand to any challenge. Suzanne is a real people person and prides herself on her top notch organisation and motivational skills. With her motto of ‘work hard, play hard’ teamed with her love of keeping fit she’ll soon knock those dusty piles of paperwork into shape!
