We were advised that one of our clients required assistance with booking flights, some diary management, and assistance with managing his various business interests. On arrival to our clients home office, we discovered there was a backlog of 7 years worth of filing and no filing system in place.
Within 1 month, we had managed to sort through the backlog, filing in chronological order and storing in archive boxes, with a record of each individual piece of paper and where it would be stored.
We have now been working for our client for 4 years and we play a big part in their business life, trusted with duties as simple as opening their post to the more complex monthly travel itineraries, organising bank finance, liaising with lawyers and accountants on various investment opportunities and ensuring the finance is raised timely and the deal is completed within the specified deadlines. |
Our client’s husband died suddenly and she asked us to help her sort out the paperwork. She had never dealt with the household tasks previously and was somewhat overwhelmed.

Our client had attended a meeting and recorded the contents, but did not have the time to type them up. We transcribed the notes of meeting, by deciphering who’s voice was who (we had not attended the meeting, nor met the attendees, so we had to be extremely careful on listening to the recording) and returned them to our client the very next day. |
